~Amenities~

Close by for your convenience and enjoyment (1-4 miles)- Several grocery stores and Mini-Marts, laundromat, 3 pharmacies, 3 banks, many ATM locations, Newport Waterfront & Lake Memphremagog, Newport Natural Foods & Cafe, Derby Pond, Newport Bike Path, Gardner Park, Lake Willoughby (18 miles)...SPECTACULAR! Several restaurants, Super Walmart (2 miles), Canadian Border (6 miles).  You would need  passport or license & Birth Certificate to cross back into the U.S.

~House Rules~

  • Absolutely no smoking on premises. (inside or out) Failure to comply will result in loss of *security deposit.
  • Please remove shoes upon entering living area.
  • No pets allowed (Sorry!)  :(
  • Maximum 2 guests per stay.
  • Quiet time between 11PM & 7 AM
  • Keys must be returned before return of *security deposit
  • Guests are expected to leave the space clean & tidy (soiled towels in hamper, dishes washed, dried and put away, trash put in can downstairs) I will strip beds.
  • Vermont recycles-please put items for recycling in appropriate container. (Mother Earth says 'Thank you!")
  • During your stay, please treat the space as you would your own home or as you would want a guest there to do.
  • If you would like to receive any sessions or services during your stay, please schedule them when you book your stay, if possible.
  • Please take time to familiarize yourself with the "Welcome to the Healing Space" book on the coffee table. Lots of useful information!
  • Reservations must be made & payment received a minimum of 48 hours prior to your expected arrival.
  • Reservations may be made up 3 months in advance.

~Money "Stuff"~

  • Accomodations must be paid in advance of your first night's stay via credit card or through Pay Pal. (Pay Pal preferred)  $50/night (USD)  My Pay Pal email is- healingfromtheheart802@gmail.com
  • There is a $150 *security deposit due at booking to be held and returned to you after return of keys and inspection of the space. (within 24 hours)
  • Cancellation Policy- Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of expected arrival will receive a full refund. After that, there will be a 30%  cancellation fee deducted from refund.
  • Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM (If you need more flexibility, check with me)
  • If you would like to add additional sessions/services to your stay, just let me know and I'll do my best to accomodate your request, based on my availability. Namaste and enjoy your stay!
* Please note- To book your stay, contact me directly by calling 802-323-7032 (Please leave a message with contact info and desired dates if I am unable to answer.), or simply click the button below to fill out the online contact form and I will get back to you, and send you an invoice for your desired full stay that you can easily and securely pay online with a debit or credit card.
